Disneyland Fun

Last weekend we took the boys to Disneyland. WE LOVED IT. Grant had so much fun and Linc loved dancing to all the music and hanging out with his daddy. It was three busy days at the parks and swimming at the pool.

The first ride that we went on was Soaring over California. It was a great start to our trip. Grant was brave and went on most rides but wouldn't go a second time after he realized it was a little scary.

When we were driving home Grant told us his favorite was the Jungle Cruise. He loved seeing all the animals.

Linc was a good trooper and would stand in line very patiently. He would walk up and down the fence to keep himself busy.

Master Bedroom - REDO

Well we got our new bed a couple of months ago and Mike LOVEs it. Here are a few shots of the room which is still a work in progress.


I still need to put some roll curtains on those windows. I have everything for it but I just need the time to actually sit down and do it. I need to do something with the chest too but not sure if I should paint it or find something else.




Yes, I LOVE my chair still even though Mike still doesn't like it. He will sit on it though.

Easter

We had a great Easter weekend with it being Licoln's birthday. I totally forgot to fill the Easter baskets until mid-morning on Easter Sunday. Oh well my kids didn't know.

Utah Trip

We spent 2 1/2 weeks in Utah at the beginning of May taking care of my sister's 5 kids while she was out of the country with her husband's MBA program. It was quite adventure. We ran from soccer games, piano practices, baseball games, dance classes, tutoring, play practices, choir practices, and lacrosse games. Grant loved having his cousins around to dote over him. Linc wasn't used to all the attention but loved having the kids giggle at him when he didn't something funny.

SNOW!!! Yes it snowed the first weekend we were there. The girls got Grant all bundled up to go play in in before it all melted.
